1- OFFER and DECLARATION
1.1 Our offers are addressed to all persons succeptibles to move in Rennes, in France and in Europe from Brittany. Individuals, professionals for trips to all destinations 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (Nights, Sundays and holidays included with a surcharge). Individuals or groups (option: baby seat, child booster seat and heavy luggage with secure trailer).
1.2 The transport of persons for payment is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles (VTC, cabs, etc.) can provide this service. Chauffeurs d'exception is registered with the VTC operators' registry under the following number: EVTC035166110

2- RESERVATION
2.1 A prior reservation is strongly advised for the availability of our vehicles and Drivers, thank you to provide us with all the information concerning your request by email / sms / WhatsApp or via our contact form on this link
2.2.1 An estimate will be sent to you before the final validation of your transport then a deposit will be requested for the final booking of your request.
2.2.2 The balance is payable on the day of the service following its completion except in the case of "Registered Customer / Account Customer / Company", the service gives rise to an invoice payable upon receipt and within 30 days following its execution.

3- DELAY
3.1 We are able to follow the arrivals of flights or trains, in order to best match your actual arrival.
3.2 60mn waiting time offered at the airport and 15mn in other cases. Time calculated from the actual arrival of your flight or train.
3.3 If your flight or train is delayed by more than 1 hour, we will inform you by sms/email/call to see with you the conditions to welcome you according to our agenda with the most adequate solutions.

4- RATES
4.1 You can estimate your transportation request by filling out our online quote form via this link or by a simple request by email, sms or mobile application.
4.2 Our rates are in Euros with a VAT rate of 10%. With 2 rates: The day rate from 8am to 8pm and the night rate from 8pm to 8am, Sundays and holidays plus 20%.
4.3 Our rates are calculated from our departure base, they take into account the distance and not the time spent on the road nor the traffic.
4.4 Method of payment accepted:
4.4.1 In the car: Cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card...)
4.4.2 At a distance: Bank transfer, VAD
4.5 If the route includes a section of freeway with a charge or access to a parking lot with a charge, PHEROAD reserves the right to add the cost to the final price including VAT.

5- SERVICES
5.1 PHEROAD undertakes to welcome its customers punctually and to drive them to their destination in serenity, absolute discretion, comfort and in compliance with the highway code. With a sign or agree on a meeting point.
5.2 PHEROAD is committed to not disclosing any information about customers and in order to respect confidentiality, we do not ask you to leave us a review or comment online.
5.3 Refreshments offered on board our vehicles.

6- CANCELLATION
6.1 Free cancellation 24 hours before departure

7- LEGAL INFORMATION
7.1 Disputes arising between PHEROAD and its customers will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law, except for those with customers who have contracted in the capacity of trader or professional, which will be submitted to the courts of the place of PHEROAD's registered office.

8- ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
8.1 The customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale when making a reservation. The acceptance of a quote by the customer and the confirmation of his order imply full acceptance of these general terms of sale and acceptance without reservation of all the provisions stated.
